Vernon Morris Chlorination services are carried out using our own chlorinating trailers capable of chlorinating up to 60,000 lph at 0-100ppm .

Portable de-chlorinating tablet feeders are used to de-chlorinate at up to 100,000 lph fully compliant with all disposal laws for you to dispose of solutions out into the enviroment after chlorination of reservoirs or pipelines.Vernon Morris have teams ready at short notice to chlorinate trunk mains or large reservoirs with twin head trailers at up to 120,000 per hour .All equipment is manufactured by ourselves at our chester factory so there is no down time if repair is required we carry all sodium hypochlorite ,de-chlor tablets and de-chlorinating chemicals for sale and chlorination units for hire.

Our dosing pumps are hydraulically driven by the water that passes through them and are maintenance free .Vernon morris are able to chlorinate tanks,Reservoirs and trunk mains with our own dosing systems and also Pressure test any pipework to wrc stanadards and provide all chlorination equipment and hydraulic test equipment for sale or hire .All our bac-sample results are carried out at recognised laboratories including tests for ecoli,colliforms,turbidity,taste,colour and odour and all certificates are retained in our bac sample records department.

Vernon Morris also has a national pressure testing service for all pipeline materials and all size pipes testing is carried out by our own highly trained staff using vernon morris pipeline test equipment. Pipeline hydrostatic testing equipment is available for all pipe sizes including test ends ,manifolds and logging equipment we are trained to iso 9000 auditing standards so all audits can be carried out by Vernon Morris and your site certification passed on to your client speeding up your installation to payment time
